Glassco manufactures Glass Boro 3.3 Media Bottles with a narrow mouth opening and a pouring ring. These round-shaped bottles are designed for storing liquid media and compounds like reagents. They are made of Glass Boro 3.3, which is chemical and heat resistant, allowing for sterilization. The media bottles feature a clear scale graduation and a large marking area, facilitating accurate measurement and identification. Each bottle has a retrace code that enables tracing the manufacturing lot. Glassco also produces PE pouring rings for Drip-Free Operations, ensuring precise pouring without spillage. The bottles offer interchangeable screw caps and pouring rings for convenience. To protect light-sensitive substances, amber-colored reagent bottles are available, preventing UV rays from penetrating the bottle during long-term storage. Glassco even offers an optional red PBT Cap that can withstand heat up to 180 degrees Celsius. Depending on the desired volume, these reagent bottles can be obtained in sizes up to 20 liters. The sloping shoulders of the bottles ensure a smooth flow of liquids.

Precautions

Do not tighten the caps immediately after autoclaving.
Media bottles larger than 2 litres should not be used under vacuum pressure as they may cause breakage.
